How do I apply for a house?
You can apply online under the rentals tab. Simply click on the home you are applying for and then click Apply Now.
How long are your leases?
Our leases are a minimum term of 1 year unless it is a seasonal rental.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult.
Is there a drop box/night slot?
Yes, there is night slot next to the door of suite 1 at the main office. Please deposit only cashiers checks and money orders in the slot.
What are the late fees?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. After the 5th a late charge of $75 will be applied.
Where do I pay my rent?
You may pay your rent online, pay at the office, or you may mail a cashiers check or money order to Ideal Properties of Florida, LLC, 2216 E Silver Springs Blvd., Ste. 1, Ocala, FL 34470. If mailing payment, please allow time for payment to reach our office by the 5th of the month.
Where is my security deposit held?
All tenant security deposits are held in a non-interest baring escrow account on your behalf.
